F3 Metalworx provides a comprehensive range of powder & Teflon coating services to complement our fabrication offering as well as stand-alone 3rd party services to our valued customers. 

Conveyor and batch coating lines

Count on us to coat pieces up to 20' long, in any quantity, with very little lead time, and at competitive prices. 

  • Part Preparation

    We have the experience and methods to wash, apply conversion coating, seal, mask and properly prepare aluminum, ferrous, and non-ferrous part surfaces for electrostatic application of powder coatings.

  • Coating

    From Teflon to powder, our coating partners are at the top of the industry including AkzoNobel, Axalta, Dubois/Galaxy, IFS, Nordson, PPG, Sherwin Williams and TCI. Our specialization in high-volume industrial and commercial product capabilities set us apart from the competition.

  • Light Assembly & Packaging

    We can complete the assembly, labeling, decal, bar code, and/or packaging for your products. We accomplish these tasks at a competitive price and may reduce your total packaging and shipping costs.                                                  

  • Reliable Transportation

    As a service to our customers, we provide dock-to-dock delivery to customers in the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio) who desire immediate turn around.

Powder Coating

With our three conveyor lines and Batch booth system we are able to process anything from high-volume orders to large items up to 20' long.

Teflon Coating

We provide high-performance Teflon® coating solutions designed to enhance durability, reduce friction, and improve non-stick properties for a wide range of applications.
