Steven Dusicsko, COO, is an energetic & passionate leader who is result oriented with an entrepreneurial approach. Steven is responsible for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Capital Expenditures and Commercial Excellence at both F3 Metalworx’s facilities. ### Steve Dusicsko | COO ### Brandie Laughner | HR Brandie Laughner is a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resource Generalist who joined the F3 Metalworx team in 2023. With a growth-oriented mindset, Brandie works in close partnership with our executive team to develop HR programs and policies that align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring a thriving and engaged workforce. At F3 Metalworx, Alexei plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the company.
